Are your products truly plant-based?
Yes! All Buff City Soap products are handcrafted daily in our Soap Makeries using plant-based ingredients. We never use harsh chemicals, detergents, or animal fats.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days via standard ground delivery.
Can I use Buff City Soap if I have sensitive skin?
While our products are made with gentle, plant-based ingredients, we recommend checking the full ingredient list for any known allergens. Our 'Scent Free' options are popular choices for those with sensitive skin.
What is your return policy?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once an item has been opened. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our reach to bring our handmade soaps to more countries in the future.
How should I store my bar soap to make it last longer?
To get the most out of your bar, keep it in a well-drained soap dish where it can dry out between uses. Avoiding standing water will prevent the soap from becoming soft.
