At Buff City Soap, we want you to love your handmade plant-based products, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our fresh creations. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to make it right through a simple return or exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Smellgood Squad via email or visit your local Soap Makery within 30 days of purchase with your order number or receipt.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are securely packed in their original packaging; for safety reasons, we can only accept returns on products that are lightly used or unopened.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it at any authorized carrier location, or simply hand it to a Maker at our retail stores.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
